1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Idoll ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Idoll provides creators with verified profile pages and link management tools. The Service allows users to create a personalized landing page at idoll.id/[username] to share their content and social media links.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not impersonate others or provide false information

4. Username Policy

Usernames are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our policies, infringe on trademarks, or are being squatted on without active use.

5. Verification

Verified badges are granted at our discretion after manual review. Submitting verification materials does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information to confirm your identity.

6. Content Guidelines

You may not post content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

7. Payment Terms

The first 1,000 creators receive free access for 1 year. After the free period, continued access requires a monthly subscription of $25/month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
